Observant

You are very observant! The two of us were sitting at the kitchen table tonight painting your fingernails and toenails with different polishes to resemble colorful turkey feathers that are streamed throughout kid zones like preschool-------just one and a half days of preschool to conquer before a feast of time spent leisurely around the house! Out of the blue tonight in the kitchen, you looked over at the garbage bag that was waiting to be taken out and you asked, "Mommy, why is it orange?" I smiled. Immediately, I knew what you were talking about------the details of the handle of the trash bag! I asked you, "Why? What color is it supposed to be?" You  answered, "Red!" Mommy bought a cheaper brand of tall trash bags for the kitchen to stretch our dollars. I wasn't going to tell a soul but you notice the details in all things around you! I love your observation skills!
